Today's moral compass points in so many directions. Now more than ever, young men in our communities need a roadmap and guidance to navigate through life. We are building a strong army of MEN to re-direct them on their path towards their God-given purpose.
MENTOUR is a Leadership Program that focuses on empowering, uniting and developing MEN in our communities for the purposes of developing our boys. Our area's of concentration are identity, self- esteem, character, purpose and self-worth, leadership and faith in God through masculine mentorship, sports, music, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

MENTORSHIP
Our one-to-one mentoring relationships support the critical social and emotional development needed to help build resilience and promote the mental health and well-being of the youth.

SPORTS
Our sports staff, coaches and volunteers encourage children to reach their full potential. Our sports and recreation create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, learn to work as a team and connect with positive role models — all in an inclusive environment.

Creative expression offers children an opportunity to develop important skills that support positive social emotional health including the ability to name and identify their own feelings, think critically about the world around them and practice self-regulation for positive behavior management.

ECONOMICS & FINANCIAL LITERACY
The start of a person’s financial literacy journey is undeniably important and critical to their financial successes in the future. Learning the fundamental basics of financial prowess begins as kids–saving up allowances, controlling impulsive buys, finding ways to make money through chores and lemonade stands, etc.
Having the proper skills and knowledge about what to do with money and how to use it wisely at a young age is key to a good financial grasp for the future.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Our Entrepreneurship Program is designed to mentor, support, and equip today’s children with the necessary success skills to set them on the path of becoming our future entrepreneurs. This course teaches kids what it takes to succeed in our global new age economy, equips them with the success skills they need, and sets them in the right direction for understanding entrepreneurship at a young age.
This an interactive curriculum training program that not only teaches kids about entrepreneurship, but sets children up to become successful entrepreneurs and allows parents to get involved in the process every step of the way.
